Basically, Pgn2ltx doesn't have any requirements but if you want to process the generated LaTeX files you will need:
skak'' by Torben Hoffmann (version 1.2 or higher), which is available at the CTAN (Comprehensive TeX Archive Network)
try to start Pgn2ltx under plain DOS you will have to install the
required DPMI server as needed by DJGPP (the compiler I used to create the binary version).
For this, unZIP the archive `
